Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by Us then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, etc the refund is processed.

  1. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product then he shall have to return the product to the manufacturer, however the return shall be considered valid only if:

  • The Product shipped is wrong;
  • When the quantity of the product delivered is not the same as stated
  • For Refund/Replacement and Cancellation requests, please contact the Customer Service team at 7338454483 (9:30am to 6:30pm – Monday to Saturday) or write an email to support@trulytraditionals.com
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. The cancellation request will be initiated provided the product is not shipped.
  • Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the item.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help customer service team to take a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.

Once the product is returned the price paid for the same shall be refunded. The process for the same shall be refunded once the Product has been received by us and the same has been verified by us. Once We are satisfied, the refund shall be done and the amount shall be transferred via online transfer. The process of transferring the amount shall be initiated within 2-3 days after accepting the refund request. The transfer may take up to 2 days plus time taken by the bank for transferring the amount.  The Product received can also be exchanged so long as the same is processed within 3 (three) days from the day the customer has received it. The cost of the logistics in sending back the product shall be borne by the customer.
